While the Key Outcomes and the explicit tasks of the Task Force are still to be defined by the future members, these are the 3 main suggested approaches of the Task Force:
- Map SDGs against member projects to identify overlaps and possibilities to integrate approaches, and then form a joint Task Force to realise the benefits/synergies of this mapping. Mapping needs to be based on outcomes and indicators, e.g. prominent indicators with SDG relevance. The visualisation of the SDG contributions of the member projects can be derived, e.g. spider web charts or tabular forms. The TF thus creates a comprehensive information base on SN member project’s contributions to SDGs/targets/indicators, in order to enhance synergies and integration, as well as identify gaps and opportunities.
- The TF contributes to a regular, more explicit and participatory discussion and monitoring of the GIZ country strategies in light of the call for integrated approaches. The TF facilitates peer learning exercises
- Define interlinkages between SN’s WGs and member projects, and derive concrete action in terms of integrated approaches
